The Credit Union will consider loan applications from members for any worthwhile purpose. Each application is treated in the utmost confidence and will be considered on its own merits. It is credit union policy to meet the borrowing requirements of as many members as possible, depending on the available funds.Applications for loans are made on a loan application form and these forms can be submitted by post, fax, or through the website.
What you need when applying for a loan
Please fill in the form fully and correctly. Please provide details of your income and expenditure and be honest about any CCJs, IVAs, and bankruptcies. A CCJ does not necessarily count against you: not telling us about it does!
In addition, it is now part of our policy to ask members applying for a loan to provide a recent bank statement (showing at least one months transactions) and and 1 recent payslip with all applications.
In some instances we may ask for further financial information to help us in making our decision.
