With things starting to change around the UK and restrictions beginning to lift, we wanted to get in touch to let you know how we are continuing to support all our members during these unprecedented times.
At present our offices are remaining closed for the safety of both our members and employees, but our regular member services are continuing behind the scenes. You can still contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we have a limited dedicated team answering your calls. This does mean it may sometimes take a bit longer to get through by phone, so thank you for bearing with us while we keep our colleagues safe.
Since our last update many of our members have registered for digital services and have been keeping track of their accounts online and via our app. This is a great way to safely and securely access your savings and loan accounts online, view your transactions and transfer money 24/7. If you'd like to do the same, just follow the link at the bottom of this email.
The last few months have been tough for many of us, and we know that there is still a way to go before life becomes more ‘normal’. So we wanted to let you know that we are still here for you and your money is safe with us. If you are struggling, let us know.
