Plan Ahead when requesting withdrawals

For the next week or so we’re asking members to ‘plan ahead’ when requesting withdrawals from their Voyager Alliance accounts.

Due to maintenance on our payment system, it’s going to take a little longer to transfer money from members accounts.

During this time, we’ve put in place a temporary solution, whereby it will take up to 24 hours to transfer funds from your Voyager Alliance accounts.

• Requests made before 3pm Monday to Friday, will be in your account by 5pm the same day
• Requests made after 3pm Monday to Thursday, will be in your account by 5pm the following day
• Requests made after 3pm on Friday will be in your account by 5pm on Monday

‘Instant transfers’ will return as soon as possible, but in the meantime, please remember to ‘plan ahead’ when requesting withdrawals.
