Well Done, Josh!

Well done to Josh, who graduated from the CU Futures programme!

In May 2023, we were thrilled when Josh was selected for CU Futures, the young professionals’ development scheme delivered by the Association of British Credit Unions (ABCUL) and in partnership with the Credit Union Foundation.

The CU Futures programme supports young people working for credit unions with the development of skills, knowledge and experience. This one-of-a-kind opportunity if key to supporting our team members and we are thrilled Josh was able to take part and revel in CU Futures programme!

After a busy weekend in Manchester at the ABCUL annual conference, and after all the excitement of Josh’s graduation, we caught up with him to find out more about his CU Futures experience.

“I’m so glad I was able to be part of CU Futures! I have learnt so much over the past 12 months and have met some great people! I have also been able to travel up and down the country visiting different credit unions and take part in training activities which I wouldn’t have been able to do without CU Futures.”

We are all so proud of Josh and what he has achieved during the CU Futures programme. His confidence has grown massively over the past 12 months and his passion for our members unquestionable.
