We recommend checking the information you have entered and make sure you have added a space in your postcode. If you are still having trouble, please email us with details about the issue.

Using the Mobile App
How do I log into the mobile app
You will need to download the CU mobile application to your mobile device from the Apple or Google store. Open the app on your device, and select your credit union (in this case Voyager Alliance Credit Union). Your username for both web and app are the same, so once you are registered online, you can use both the web and mobile app. So once you have entered your newly created username, you will then be advised that you will receive a One Time Access Code (which will be sent to your registered mobile phone). Enter your One Time Access Code and click next. You will then be prompted if you would like to trust the device, if you are using your own device, then select yes. Then enter your newly created password and click next.
I keep being asked for a One Time Access Code
The likely cause is that you have not trusted the device (only do this when using your own device).
I have been sent a One Time Access Code (even though I have trusted the device)
This maybe because you have reached a certain number of logins over a specific period of time, members should enter the One Time Access Code and continue as normal.
I have entered my username but my One Time Access Code hasn't arrived
You have likely entered an incorrect user name, start again and check you have the right username.
I have forgotten my username / password
Your username can't be reset, so you will need to ensure you have made this something memorable and keep it somewhere safe, if you can't remember your username or password, please contact us and we will perform the necessary security checks and retrieve your username for you. You will then be able to login / register for the app as normal.
