Our new Online Banking service is now live

If you have previously used our Online Banking service you will need to register again with your new SORT CODE and new ACCOUNT NUMBER (new account and sort codes will be issued in the post between 29th March 2017 and 8th April 2017). 

Important note: you will not be able to register with your existing details.

Once you have your new account details please follow the instructions below to begin your registration.  We have included a helpful FAQs section in case you have any problems.

What will I need to register?

To register for online banking with our new system, you will need to have to hand a few pieces of important information as well as your personal details. Once you have these, please follow the step by step guide below to complete your registration.

  • Your new sort code and any one of your new Voyager account numbers
  • A mobile phone number registered with us

Step 1

To get started, make sure you have all your details to hand (as per above) and you have read the step by step guide in full. Once you're done click the 'REGISTER FOR ONLINE' button at the bottom of this page. This will open a new window to our new Online Banking registration page.

Step 2

You will now need to fill in your personal details. Enter your new sort code and one of your new account numbers, plus your name, date of birth and postcode (don't forget to leave a space e.g. AB12 3CD). Then click Next.

Step 3

Once you submit this information, you will be sent a temporary 6 digit security number via your registered mobile number which you will need to enter to proceed to the next step of registration. You will now need to confirm your identity with a one time access code, which will also be sent to your registered mobile number.

Step 4

You will then need to create a new username between 6 and 15 characters long (this cannot be changed by yourself and should be kept somewhere safe). Next you will need to choose a new 6 digit security number.

Step 5

Time to choose a password, make it something unique and memorable. Passwords must be between 8 and 32 characters in length with at least two of the following types of characters including: UPPER CASE, lower case, numbers and special characters (any of @,#,$,%,^,&,+,= are acceptable). You will also need to set up some security questions and answers in case we need to verify your identity in the future. You will then be asked if you want to trust the device. If you are using your own PC/Tablet then tick the box, if you are using a shared device then please do not tick this box. Then click 'Submit'. That’s it, you have now setup your Online Banking.

Once you have registered for online banking, you can also manage your account using our new mobile app (Android and Apple devices).

So if you would like to use our mobile app, you will need to download the application to your mobile device and follow the helpful instructions in our FAQs.
