Follow our step-by-step guide to set-up your login details to use online banking.
You will need the following to complete the process:

You can find your Membership Number at the top of emails and letters we send you!
Click on ‘Member Login’ in the top right hand corner of our website, or at the bottom of the Mobile Menu.
Click the ‘set-up your login details here’ button, which is displayed in the pink banner towards the top of the screen.
Enter your Voyager Alliance membership number, National Insurance Number, and date of birth. Make sure you use capital letters in your National Insurance number. Make sure to click ‘validate’ at the bottom of the page.
You can find your membership number on your welcome email, or by calling our customer service team.
As a security check, you will need your mobile phone to receive a one-time passcode (OTP).
Check the last 4 digits of the mobile number shown. If this is correct, click ‘Sent SMS’. Please allow a couple of minutes for the text message to be delivered. If you do not receive your OTP within a couple of minutes, please click ‘resend’.
Enter your OTP and click ‘confirm’.
Enter your membership number and set-up your password.
Your password must be:
– At least 8 characters and no more than 16 characters
– At least one of the following special characters !$%^&*@#£
– At least one upper case character (A-Z)
– At least one number (1-9)
Next, please select a memorable questions from the drop-down and type your answer into the boxes below. Then click on ‘proceed’.
Confirm the answer to your memorable question is correct and click on ‘confirm’.
Once you are happy with the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice, tick the boxes shown and click to confirm.
All done! You can now log in to online banking!
