Caitlin is a Finalist!

Caitlin has been named as a finalist in the In-Comm Awards for the Business Support Learner of the Year category, sponsored by the Black Country Chamber of Commerce. These awards celebrate the UK’s top learners and employers, by showcasing outstanding vocational learners and recognising exceptional apprentices.

Caitlin recently completed her apprenticeship with flying colors and is now a full-time, valued member of our Customer Service Team. Becoming a finalist in this prestigious award so soon after qualifying is a significant achievement. Everyone at Penny Post is extremely proud of Caitlin for passing her Customer Service apprenticeship with a Distinction. This accomplishment highlights her ambition, dedication to learning, and desire to progress.

Reflecting on her apprenticeship, Caitlin shared that she now has the “confidence and self-belief to talk to other potential apprentices and explain my positive experiences” and is actively helping other departments within the credit union to improve our service to members.

We will be cheering Caitlin on at the In-Comm Awards finals on June 28th in Birmingham. Congratulations, Caitlin, and best of luck! We are all incredibly proud of you!
