International Women’s Day with Merseyrail

Merseyrail, a proud payroll partner of Voyager Alliance, marked International Women’s Day with an event to reaffirm its commitment to gender equality in the workplace. Merseyrail hosted the event in collaboration with Blackburne House, a local charity championing women’s issues, to drive positive change for women in the rail industry and beyond.
James Smith, Merseyrail’s HR Director, and Suzanne Grant, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer at Merseyrail reflected on the progress made over the past 12 months, reinforcing their dedication to inclusion.

What does it mean to be a payroll partner?
