Welcome to the Team Josh

At the start of January, we welcomed Josh Smith to the Voyager Alliance Team! We catch up with Josh to find out how its going so far, what attracted him to his new role and what he’s hoping to achieve!

“I’m really enjoying it, so far! Everyone has been friendly and helpful, and made me feel very welcome.  I have lots to learn, particularly how the Voyager Alliance system works, but I’m finding everything very interesting. I’ve also been training with the Penny Post team on new services which will be introduced to our members shortly. This is really exciting and I’m sure will help us provide a better service, and members will find the improvements a great help.

I’ve worked in financial sales for almost 4 years before joining Voyager Alliance and was looking for an opportunity to learn more about underwriting, customer service and the wider credit union sector. Undoubtedly, I’m joining at an exciting time, with Voyager Alliance becoming part of the Penny Post Group. I’m looking forward to gaining experience, progressing my career but most importantly serving our members.”
