It has been an exciting year working together to grow membership, investing in our team and technology, and improving overall service to all our members, old and new.

Improvements so far!
It has been an exciting year for The Penny Post Group!
- Welcomed 8 new Team members across Customer Service, Finance and Payroll, Communications and Development to improve service to members.
- Introduced the Bereavement Fund to Voyager Alliance members, a free benefit giving up to £5,000 financial help and peace of mind in the event of a member’s death.
- Rolled out of our Nivo App to Voyager Alliance members, providing secure and instant messaging for members.
- New website for Voyager Alliance with easy, mobile friendly application forms, loan and saving calculators.
- Introduced new Gold, Platinum and Savings Secured loans to Voyager Alliance members, with great rates, which reward saving with us too.
- Introduced our new Swap & Save loan to help members tidy up their finances and save money!
- Instagram and LinkedIn social media channels for Voyager Alliance to entertain members and keep then up to date on credit union matters.
- Our Development team have hosted Wellbeing Events across the country.
- Celebrated Voyager Alliance’s 30th Anniversary, and reflected on our journey since a group of employees came together to launched their own credit union. Take a look back at the last 30 years here!

We have more exciting developments planned for 2023 to make our credit union bigger, brighter, bolder and better for everyone. Our members are at the heart of everything we do.
