Festive Opening Hours at Penny Post Group

The Voyager Alliance and RetailCU team will be open to help members during the following hours over the festive period –

Monday 22nd Dec – 9:30am – 4:00pm
Tuesday 23rd Dec – 9:30am – 4:00pm. Our customer counter will be closed.
Wednesday 24th Dec – 9:30am – 12:00pm. Our customer counter will be closed.

Thursday 25th DecCLOSED
Friday 26th DecCLOSED

Monday 29th Dec – 9:00am – 4:00pm. Our customer counter will be closed.
Tuesday 30th Dec – 9:00am – 4:00pm. Our customer counter will be closed.
Wednesday 31st Dec – 9:30am – 12:00pm. Our customer counter will be closed.

Thursday 1st JanCLOSED
Friday 2nd Jan – 9:30am – 4:00pm. Our customer counter will be closed.

Remember, on all days which our customer counter is closed, you can still reach us. Members can still contact us via the CU App, email and phone during our opening hours. Online banking & the CU App will be available 24/7 over the festive period. Normal opening hours will resume from Friday 2nd January, and our customer counter will be open as normal from Monday 5th January.

Loans for Christmas

If you’re thinking about applying for a Christmas loan, please get your application to us by Wednesday 17 December so we can process it in time for the big day. Don’t forget to include all supporting documents, such as a recent payslip.

We will continue to process applications after the 17th December, but cannot guarantee that if approved, funds will be available before Christmas.
